‘He’s modest, he’s superb, no question about it. I’ve been to so many appointments I’m well qualified to judge these things.

‘He always has positive encouragement and help. Many other patients we’ve seen around the island all say the same thing.

‘I’ve met so many nice people,’ Dr Wilson said of his 45-year long career as a doctor.
