Kamila Obacz has taken all the anxiety out of going to the vet for Anna Mills and her dog.
‘Kamila is the best veterinary surgeon ever. My youngest dog used to growl and get really worked up going to the vet to the point where he was muzzled,’ Anna said.
The tense vet appointments made life quite difficult for Anna until her mother suggested going to Kamila earlier this year.
‘We have now moved vets and see Kamila. He walks in happy, wagging his tail and always looks calm and relaxed to see Kamila.
‘He is such a good boy going to the vet. It’s no longer a stressful situation for me either as the owner.
‘She’s completely changed him. She has a really calming way about her.’
Since starting out in veterinary care in Poland more than 14 years ago, Kamila has since been in vet-care centres from Sussex to Wales, before landing in Guernsey’s Les Eturs Vetcare Centre.
