Martina De La Mare has been nominated for Customer Service of the Year

Martina works for the GSPCA and with her bright attitude and positive demeanour she is an absolute credit to the GSPCA team.

Despite her back and hip issues that make it difficult for her to walk, she more than willingly does whatever she can for every animal at the shelter. 

‘I’m stunned to be nominated,’ said Martina when she heard about her nomination. Martina loves the people she works with and says it is a privilege to work with both animals and people. 

Martina creates the GSPCA paw prints for when people’s pets pass away and believes the most rewarding thing about her job is knowing the customer has something special to remind them of their beloved pet.

‘Her customer service skills are amazing, and she really deserves this after a really hard few years,’ said Taomi Febrache, Martina’s nominator for the Customer Service of the Year award.
