St Martins’ Healthcare Pharmacy has been nominated for Customer Service of the Year

THE Customer Service provided at St Martins’ Healthcare Pharmacy is an ‘absolute credit’ to the workplace, according to nominator Linda Ogier.

‘The team at Healthcare Pharmacy always goes out of its way to help and assist, whether it be answering questions, giving advice or fulfilling prescriptions,’ said Linda.

‘Nothing is too much trouble.

‘The counter staff are always friendly, warm and welcoming and will do everything they can to help with any queries and issues you may have – they always find a way to help if they possibly can,’ Linda added.

‘I cannot fault the girls at all. They are an absolute credit to their workplace.’

The pharmacy’s team has been managed by Noemi Varadi for the past 18 months. She said that the first thing they always do is look to help customers both at the pharmacy and from the neighbouring surgery as soon as they walk in the door, and the recognition for their work was ‘really lovely to hear’.
