ESC Booking team has been nominated for Customer Service of the Year

For numerous years, Gill Queripel has dealt with Paula Woodland, Penny Weaver and the ESC Booking team at Beau Sejour organising courts for the Guernsey Netball Association.

‘They always go the extra mile to make sure that you have what you need or suggest an alternative,’ Gill said when nominating the staff for Customer Service of the Year.

‘They have done so much for me the 40 years and more I have been a part of GNA and will even phone me up to say, “Are you sure you have booked the correct court?”’ 

In addition to the team’s organisation skills in accommodating Guernsey Netball and beyond, Gill suggested they will phone up if first choice times become available.

‘This is not an easy task to keep all sports who use the centre happy as you can appreciate,’ Gill added.

‘They really deserve this nomination as without such loyal and hard working ladies, my life would be a lot harder.’
