Lianna Davidson has been nominated for Customer Service of the Year

‘Nothing is ever too much for Lianna,’ said Sophie Guevelou, who has nominated Lianna Davidson for the Customer Service award.

Lianna is an assistant branch manager at Lloyds Bank. She joined three and a half years ago, straight after finishing Sixth Form, and has been working her way up since with a dedicated work ethic.

‘She will take time out of her very busy day to sit and talk with customers.

‘She will also research and most of the time find or put them in contact with teams or organisations that can help the customer that bit more.

‘She does four people’s jobs without even talking about it.

‘She doesn’t get the appreciation, she’s our go-to person for both customers and colleagues.

‘I feel privileged to work on the same team as her.’

‘I’m always looking to improve,’ Lianna said.

‘As long as we can do everything for the customer, then that’s what matters.’
