Mario Cavagnetto has been nominated for the Customer Service of the Year award

JUST under a year ago, Ruby Johns was living independently and leading a very active life, but sadly following several bouts of sickness, including an operation where she was given a 30% chance of surviving, the 95-year-old sadly died in March of this year.

Throughout this time, her daughter Roz Johns was supported by several people to help aid Ruby to continue ‘living her full colourful life’ – one of which was Mario Cavagnetto at Advance Hearing Services.

‘I really wanted to thank Mario and the team at Advance Hearing Services for the care and attention they have given mum over the years with her hearing aid and what they do for their existing customers,’ said Roz.

Mario has been working as a hearing aid audiologist at the St Sampson’s-based business for the past 24 years.
