‘She always gives a big smile to everyone – guests and colleagues. A hand that is always willing to help and a very jolly character that changes a rough day into a blissful one. A leader [who] shares her knowledge, positivity, respect and boosts the confidence of every staff member.

‘She is our customer service awardee.’

‘She has been very helpful with all our guests and her colleagues’ needs. A good teacher and a good listener, a motivator to achieve more, not only for herself, but for her colleagues as well. She always has the best interests of everyone at heart.’
