Karien Breedt has been nominated for Customer Service of the Year

Opening CheZoe clothing store two years ago was the ‘best move’ owner Karien Breedt has ever made.

Karien took a chance in 2022 and followed her passions for both clothing and for making people feel good by opening the doors to her own shop in the Bakery Complex at L’Islet.

According to nominator Janine Nichols, Karien has a ‘great way with her customers’ and there is ‘no wonder people keep coming back to CheZoe.’

‘When you shop at CheZoe with Karien it is like having a personal shopper experience,’ Janine said.

‘Karien has an amazing eye when it comes to putting an outfit together – she will have you leaving the shop looking absolutely fabulous.’

In her Customer Service of the Year nomination of Karien, Janine added that the store owner would always go the extra mile for the customer, as could be seen when Karien steamed a dress to be worn straight away.

‘I completely trust Karien’s judgement and shopping with her is a very fun and enjoyable experience.’
