Crepe Maison has been nominated for the Customer Service of the Year award

NO MATTER how busy Crepe Maison is, Emily Tostevin says the cafe always provides the ‘best customer service in Guernsey’.

The French-inspired restaurant opened shortly after the first lockdown when Natalia Silvester and her husband Pete longed to travel and instead worked to bring the streets of Paris to Guernsey.

‘Crepe Maison is my favourite place to go for lunch or a drink, not only just because of the food, but because of how brilliant the customer service always is,’ Emily said.

‘The staff are always attentive and helpful – it is a particularly great place to take young children, they always greet my two-year-old daughter and take the time to talk to her – she loves going there and asks to go whenever we are in Town.’

Owner Natalia said she was ‘very, very happy’ for the team to receive a nomination, as Crepe Maison works hard to provide a personal service for customers.
