Jill Enticott has been nominated for Grandparent of the Year

Jill is a dedicated and loving grandmother to three young grandchildren, two angel babies and another one on the way. 

Jill makes sure all her grandchildren are involved in sleepovers, beach days, park trips and roasts dinners. Despite dealing with her own struggles Jill makes the time to always be there for her children and grandchildren. 

‘She has absorbed all of our pain and joy and has been there through the highs and lows,’ said Eloise Vivyan, Jill’s nominator and daughter.

Not only does Jill take the time to do activities with all her grandchildren, but she also more than willingly looks after Eloise’s young baby so she can work part-time.

‘We would all just like to show her how much we all appreciate her,’ said Eloise.

‘She truly is a superwoman.'

‘I’m very touched that my children and grandchildren feel that deeply,’ said Jill when she was contacted about her nomination. 

She said that above all else, she enjoyed teaching her grandchildren all about the natural things in life and viewed them as an extension of her own children.
