These two amazing women are the ones behind Walkies Guernsey, a successful island dog-walker business that started up six years ago in 2017 and is still going strong today.
‘If the owners need help with anything they’re always there to help,’ said Louise Sarahs, their nominator and loyal client.
Not only do these women care for the dogs they walk but also for the clients, building strong relationships with both owner and dog, she said.
‘They take my dogs out when they can as they’re very busy with other dogs,’ said Louise, showing how these women make time for every client and every dog no matter how busy they are.
Walking 10 dogs every day is challenging and can be tiring but that does not stop the customer service from being amazing every time, said Louise.
‘These women deserve recognition for the brilliant customer service they offer to their clients, including all the dogs.’
‘It’s brilliant and it’s lovely to get recognised,’ said Samantha.
‘Seeing the dogs happy is very rewarding.’
She said both of them love spending time with their ‘customers’.
