Tuesday Williams has been nominated for Customer Service of the Year award, sponsored by DWA.

Tuesday has been working for Isle of Sark Shipping for over seven years. She began working there just in summertime and was meant to work until October but they decided to keep her on for longer. Originally from Sark, Tuesday has shared her array of island knowledge, which has been extremely beneficial for her co-workers and customers. She was made office supervisor in August. 

‘It’s nice, you get to see people all the time, it can be challenging sometimes especially during busy periods but overall it’s a nice place to work,’ she said. 

‘It feels like a second family.’ 

Award nominators praised Tuesday’s efforts. 

‘Her work ethic and dedication are infectious, helping all travellers to and from Sark, not forgetting the tireless time she spends organising cruise ships and their passengers. An ambassador to customer service and invaluable to Isle of Sark Shipping.
