AS ALWAYS customer service from Jason and his staff is second to none, said Chris Murray in nominating Jason Hamon for the DWA-sponsored Customer Service of the Year award.
‘Jason took a big chance going out on his own and it has paid off.
‘There is always a smile no matter how much pressure they may be under and the customer is number one.
‘He sources a lot of his meat and fish locally and will do his utmost to get what you want.
‘As examples of nothing is too much trouble, I wanted some kangaroo, so it was ordered for me and other customers.
‘I needed some lamb cutlets, but none were on display. It was busy but young Chadley went and got a whole lamb from the fridge and proceeded to cut it up just so I could have my lamb cutlets. Now that is what I call service.
‘Me and my family have known Jason since he was 14 at his previous job.He and his team definitely deserve the Customer Service award.’
