SUE and David Tardivel have been nominated for the Grandparent/s of the Year award, sponsored by the Channel Islands Co-operative Society, for their dedication to helping out with their three grandchildren and for always being there when their family need them.

‘They are our support network, without them we could not function,’ said their nominator Natalie Tardivel.

‘They are loving grandparents to three grandchildren – Noah, who is six, Mila, who is four, and Wyatt, who is three.

‘No matter how tired they are feeling or how stressful their day has been, they will always get involved in the chaos of playtime with a big smile on their faces.

‘They have no idea how much all of the support they give means to us and we really want them to know that we are eternally grateful for everything that they do for us.

‘We love them both so much.’
