Customer Service of the Year: Craig Wilson

CRAIG WILSON has received several nominations for the Cherry Godfrey-sponsored Customer Service of the Year award for ‘building his business on honesty, integrity and customer care’.

CRAIG WILSON has received several nominations for the Cherry Godfrey-sponsored Customer Service of the Year award for ‘building his business on honesty, integrity and customer care’.

Mr Wilson has owned Craig’s Motor Care for a total of five years but has been in the current premises in La Ville Baudu, Vale, for 18 months.

‘Craig’s Motor Care is probably the smallest garage for sales on Guernsey. He has had to cope with two lockdowns. 

‘Craig has built his business on honesty and commitment to his customers. He is always cheerful and helpful,’ said one of his nominators, Susan Bache.

Paul Marland added: ‘During the short time Craig has owned Craig’s Motor Care, he has built up a very successful business, in no short measure due to his amazing rapport with his customers. 

‘His attention to detail, dedication to giving his customers the best service and just general likeability make him a very worthy candidate.’

Beth Marland said: ‘Craig is an honest and reliable salesman. He delivers an excellent service for a reasonable sum. He is always happy to help and gives customers free advice.’
