Customer Service of the Year: Jason Hamon

JASON HAMON has been nominated for the Cherry Godfrey-sponsored Customer Service of the Year award for the ‘excellent service’ at Surf & Turf.

JASON HAMON has been nominated for the Cherry Godfrey-sponsored Customer Service of the Year award for the ‘excellent service’ at Surf & Turf.

Mr Hamon was nominated last year for the same category.

Nominator Chris Murray said: ‘Jason and the team continue to provide excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble. Each customer is treated like their only customer. 

‘They have an excellent wide range of meat, fish and shellfish, much of it local, together with veg and miscellaneous other food items. I cannot recommend him enough.’

Mr Hamon has been working at Surf & Turf for five years. He runs the shop as well as helping customers and wholesalers on the shop floor.

Before this, Mr Hamon worked at Forest Stores for 26 years.

‘Being nominated for best customer service is fantastic, it is a great achievement. We have such a great team here at Surf & Turf.’

‘Nothing is ever too much for Jason. He always goes the extra mile to help customers in any way he can,’ said colleague Paul Lawrence, who has been working with Mr Hamon at Surf & Turf for three and a half years.
