Customer Service of the Year: Victoria Bebbington

FOR ALWAYS going the extra mile and offering something unique, Victoria Bebbington of Jute Adore Gift Hampers has been nominated for the Customer Service of the Year award.

Her name was put forward for the Cherry Godfrey-sponsored award by happy customer Sarah Bennett:

‘Every time I’ve ordered something from Victoria I’ve given her a budget to work on and a theme, and she always goes out of her way to produce what you want at your budget, and they’re always absolutely beautiful when you get them.

‘Just as an example, on Father’s Day I ordered a hamper for my husband on the theme of licorice and marzipan, and she got lots of licorice things and she knew an artisan marzipan maker in London, and she got him to make licorice allsorts but out of marzipan, and it was in a lovely presentation box as well.

‘She goes out of her way to get what you want, always going above and beyond, and the design is always wonderful, no matter what you ask her to do she always comes up trumps.’

Word spreads fast in Guernsey and Sarah said that Victoria had loyal customers because it was such a pleasure to do business with her.

‘She’s ever to friendly, she’s a lovely person, she’s chatty, she has her dad with her sometimes so I chat with him as well, she’s just a really nice person.’

‘I think a lot of corporate companies use her for displays, wedding couples use her for the favours on the table, she’s very versatile, she even makes hedgehog houses for the garden to encourage hedgehogs.’
