Customer Service of the Year: Chantelle Kitchens and Bedrooms

FIRST TIME homeowners Fern and Steven Hill desperately wanted a new kitchen and they have nominated Chantelle Kitchens and Bedrooms for the Cherry Godfrey-sponsored Customer Service award for going above and beyond to help the couple meet their budget.

FIRST TIME homeowners Fern and Steven Hill desperately wanted a new kitchen and they have nominated Chantelle Kitchens and Bedrooms for the Cherry Godfrey-sponsored Customer Service award for going above and beyond to help the couple meet their budget. 

‘We had been to a few companies for some prices and without a doubt, Chantelle Kitchens and Bedrooms stood out. They spent so much time with us, nothing was beyond them.’ 

Mrs Hill also described how the team communicated with the couple throughout the installation.

‘They explained the process the whole time and kept me up to date throughout the design and ordering process.’

As well as helping with the budget, the team were also considerate of the two young children in the house as they installed the kitchen.

‘They have been so helpful with keeping the impact to a minimum,’ Mrs Hill said.

The team were able to minimise mess and time their hours in the house so as not to disrupt family life and Mrs Hill also commented on how friendly they were.

‘I will be recommending them highly to everyone and feel they really deserve the recognition of the award.

‘Steve and Marissa have been incredible throughout this process and without them our dream of a new kitchen wouldn’t be happening.’
