LISA LE PAGE said her mum Mandy Robilliard ‘is a hero’ after having to fight for her life with a brain haemorrhage and has put her forward for the DWA-sponsored Parent/s of the Year Award.

‘She is the biggest role model of our family and has never let her family down,’ Lisa said.

‘She works hard and is such an inspiration.’

Mandy does not let the brain haemorrhage affect her in any way.

‘She has fought the good fight from day one and we are all so proud of her – proud to call her Mum – and our children have the most inspirational Nanny there is out there.

‘Mum is a blessing to our family and has taught us all to be super strong and survive our daily struggles.’

Lisa said, ‘She is our hero and a fighter and she is the most beautiful, caring lady who will help anyone she can with a massive heart and will guide anyone in the right direction.’
