THE ‘first class professional service’ provided by Moss Bros staff has led to their nomination by Bob Twist for the Alexander Daniels-sponsored Customer Service of the Year award.
Bob recently decided to have a jacket made at the store and was very happy with the service he received.
‘They took the time to go through the process, looking at every option, primarily led by what I wanted but offering professional advice.
‘They are very knowledgeable about their products and were happy to spend as much time as I needed to ensure the jacket was exactly as I wanted it.
‘I will be returning next year to have a suit made for my daughter’s wedding.’
